We provide 100% customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return an item within 30 days of delivery for exchange or full refund. Products must be received within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order.
Please send us an email at email@example.com or use our contact form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and our physical address.
We will not accept any returns without any prior authorization.
Items must be unused, unopened, unwrapped and returned to their original packaging.
If the packaging has been unopened we cannot resend that item and therefore a 30% repurchase fee will be charged.
We do not accept any returns on personal, seed products, custom or food items. We do not accept returns on offers items.
Please do not send any packages to our PO Box address. You must contact us for our physical address. In some cases, the item must be returned directly to the manufacturer, so we must provide this information to you.
We do not refund any shipping fee. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us or the manufacturer's place.
Your return item must be sent via a trackable shipping method. If you do not ship your return via the trackable shipping method and we do not receive the item, we will not be able to process your return.
Once we receive an item, we will inspect the package contents and then issue a refund.
Your refund will be sent back to your original payment. If you received free shipping on the original sale, and the item is returned, you will receive a refund with actual shipping costs.
